We store no video, no recordings and no images. What you see is a link and a thumbnail served live from the platform that owns the broadcast. If content itself needs to come down, the platform hosting it is the only party who can do that.
Ask us to remove a listing
Even though we host nothing, we remove listings on request. If you are a broadcaster and you do not want to appear in our index, or you are a rights holder and believe a listing infringes your rights, write to contact@camsweep.com with:
- The exact page or username concerned.
- Who you are and, if you are acting for someone else, in what capacity.
- A short statement of why the listing should be removed.
We act on broadcaster removal requests without argument and usually within 48 hours. We also add the username to a permanent exclusion list so it does not reappear at the next index refresh.
Non-consensual content
If you believe any broadcast reachable through CamSweep involves someone who has not consented, or anyone under 18, report it to us at contact@camsweep.com and to the hosting platform immediately. We will remove the listing on report, without waiting for proof, and pass the report to the platform.
Counter notice
If a listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address explaining why. We will review and restore it if the request was unfounded.
Where to send a formal notice
Send it to contact@camsweep.com. It reaches the operator directly and is read by a human, not a ticketing system.
CamSweep is operated by a sole trader established in Spain and governed by Spanish law. Because we host no content whatsoever, we do not claim United States DMCA safe harbour and have no designated agent registered with the US Copyright Office. That protection covers hosts, and there is nothing here to take down but a link. If you need a postal address for a formal legal notice, ask at the address above and one will be provided.
